    Sometimes the simpler the workouts, the better the results! Pullups, pushups, rope slams, rows, snatches, and curl press is what I did on Sunday. I’m shooting for conditioning, fat burning, and some muscle maintenance. Because fat loss and muscle maintenance is my primary goal, I keep my rest periods to a minimum, and I keep the intensity pretty high the entire time.

    I also love training for strength because that is a great way to keep your bones dense. I love little old ladies, but this girl right here will NOT be a hunched over little old lady. Things like pull ups, rows, and snatches will keep your back healthy and strong. They’ll also help you maintain lean muscle mass. And remember, the more muscle you have relative to fat, the more metabolic you are while at rest.
