THE 90 DAYS TRANSFORMATION PROGRAM – WORKOUT PLAN info
This workout plan is for WEEK #1.
Each week you get a new workout plan. The 90 Days Transformation program has 12 weeks, that means 12 workout plans total.
Workout plan has two parts. Part 1 is strength training, part 2 is ABS. Part 3 is up to you and it is RULE of THE 90 DAYS TRANSFORMATION PROGRAM: GO FOR A WALK 30 – 45min a day.
Once a week is HIIT (high intensity interval training). In week #2 there are two HIITs, in WEEK #3 there are 3 HIITs, in WEEK #4 it goes back to 1 HIIT per week.
