W O R K O U T:
Bodyweight: (Tabata style: 20 seconds on, 10 seconds rest x 8 minutes)
Free Weights: (4 to 5 sets)
30 Double Ropes
30 Single Ropes
10 Deadlift, squat to overhead press!
(If you don’t have battle ropes you can use jump-rope, burpees or high knees)
Treadmill: (5+ degree incline – 10 minutes total)
20 seconds sprint
40 seconds rest.
the last 5 seconds should be difficult, last 2 sets should be almost impossible.
Rower: 4 – 5 Sets
200m Row, for every metre you go over you have to do a burp.
If you get 200 on the dot, you do just one burped.
If you get really good at it, shut your eyes around 150m and see where you end up.
