Experience a short but intense arm workout that engages your core and works your abs more than you realize! Add it onto a run or some other kind of cardio for a serious little pump. Make sure you use a dumbbell that’s pretty heavy – I used a 15lb but did use a 20lb the day before when I was practicing and I was pretty darn sore today when I was filming.
