This is NOT a dance performance (no silly comments please) this is choreography for dance fitness instructors to get their classes hearts pumping and a smile on their faces. My classes are loving this one I hope yours do to! Have them practice singing « left right down up » and « back front side side » in their heads and they will get this in no time. Its high energy and a lot of fun. Remember if you teach FACING your class to sing « right left down up » in your own head! The song is very cool and based at Carnivale in Trinidad so listen to the story he sings and really get into it 🙂
