    I’ve been doing fitness updates for over a year now, so I felt like switching it up a bit and actually SHOWING you what I’m doing to lose weight with PCOS and hypothyroidism.

    This vlog was my first day back in the gym. Although I’ve been working out at home for the past few months, I felt like doing something different and going back to lifting weights at the gym. So this is my Day 1 lower body workout. I kept it light and easy for my first day back so I can focus on getting my form good again.
