While obviously this video is meant to be funny – you’re probably not going to actually eat your cereal while you squat or sip your coffee while you do a single-leg deadlift – this just goes to show you how easy it is to work exercise into your daily routine. You can do this bodyweight circuit workout in the kitchen or anywhere in your house, while traveling, in a hotel, etc.
