    Warm up
    Jumping Jack – 1 set 30 reps
    High knees – 1 set 30 reps (1 rep = both legs)
    Squat – 1 set 10-15 reps
    Break
    Ankle jumps – 3 sets 10 reps
    Tuck jumps – 3 sets 10 reps
    Standing jumps – 3 sets 5 reps
    Bulgarian split squat (weighted) – 3 sets 15 reps per leg
    Squat (weighted) – 3 sets 30 reps
    Leg curl – 3 sets 15 reps per leg
