Leg day workouts, though tough sometimes, are very important for your overall muscle growth. People forget that working out your legs (largest muscle in your body) releases hormones, which in turn helps the rest of your body grow. Each of the following movements should be done 4-5 sets for 10-12 reps (30 second rest) -www.koegelfitness.com
Intense Leg Workout
-Squats
-Barbell Lunges (Alternate Legs)
-Barbell Crab Walks
-Burpees (For extra difficulty use a Bosu Ball)
