Decline Barbell Sit-ups: 4 sets of 10 reps
Cable Crunches: 4 sets of 12 reps
Hanging Leg Raises, Knee Raise superset: 4 sets of 6-8 each
Weighted Oblique Crunches with Twist: 4 sets of 8-15 reps
Front Lever: 3 sets of 8 reps
