    Introducing the 80 rep killer!

    Here it goes. You have 5 exercises and must complete 8 sets of 10 reps on each exercise before moving on to the next. Hint: please do this workout with weights you are comfortable with. Weights that are not too light but also not too heavy. You want to be working hard to lift the weight at your 7th rep. For example: 20kg/45 plates would be comfortable for me on each exercise.

    1️⃣ Barbell squats
    2️⃣ Barbell bench press
    3️⃣ Barbell deadlifts
    4️⃣ Box jumps
    4️⃣ Shoulder tap planks
    Complete: 8 sets/ 10 reps on each……30-45 seconds rest in between sets.
