    Here are 3 EASY and HEALTHY recipes that are PERFECT for school and work. They are sooo delicious! Please let me know how you like them if you try 🙂

    Cilantro and Lime Chicken Salad:
    -1 cup of celery
    -1/2 cup of cilantro
    -1 half of avocado
    -juice from a lime
    -2 tbs of fat free mayo
    -2 tbs of greek yogurt
    -1 pound of chicken breast
    -1 cup of dried berry medly

    Turkey and Avocado Wrap:
    -1 wheat or spinach tortilla
    -2 tbs roasted red pepper hummus
    -dijon or regular mustard
    -spinach or spring greens
    -half of an avocado
    -1/2 of a tomato
    -turkey deli meat (however much you want)

    Salmon and Feta Spinach Salad:
    -6 oz salmon filet
    -crumbled feta cheese
    -spinach
    -tomato
    -half of a cucumber

    Balsamic Vinaigrette Dressing:
    -juice of an entire lemon
    -2 tbs of EVOO
    -2 tbs of balsamic vinegar
