In this video, Chris demonstrates full back workout using Hammer Strength machine.
This workout consists of three exercises:
1. Close Grip Seated Row 3 sets at 12 reps per set.
2. Horizontal Grip Seated Row 3 sets at 10 reps per set.
3. Vertical Grip Pull-Down 3 sets at 15 reps per set.
4. Pull-Down 3 sets at 15 reps per set.
Do this workout once or twice a week. It will take you 20 minutes to finish.
