Cool Down Exercises After Workout – My One Minute Workouts Cool Down Stretches
After working out, it is best to finish with good cool down exercises. The real aim of cooling down after any form of workout is to promote recovery of the muscle that have been used. During any energetic work out your body goes through different stressful processes. It puts strains on your muscle fibres, ligaments and tendons. There may be some damage to one or a number of these different tussises in the body as well as the build-up waste products too!
So cool down stretches after workout that are performed properly, will aid the body in repairing itself. Also the right cool down routine will help with any post exercise muscle soreness. You would usually find that muscle soreness is usually experienced the next day after a hard work out.
