    Give this intense tabata dumbbell trap workout a try! Tabata is a form of high intensity interval training (HIIT) that is designed to expend calories at a faster rate. You will burn more fat from these type of workouts while still being able to build lean muscle mass. The intervals are set up as: 20 seconds of intense work followed by a 10 second rest and repeated for a full 4 minute circuit. Your muscles will be feeling sore the next day due to how effective this routine is. You can do this as a gym workout, home workout, or wherever you have access to dumbbells. This is a HIIT workout for beginners, intermediate, and advanced people, so all experience levels! Get those traps SHREDDED with this killer workout routine!
