Hey Guys, so this is my third week into my mission Mexico bikini body!
Todays video I did an upper body workout with George and I can promise you I couldn’t even lift my arms to wash my hair after.
For this workout we did
3 x 10-12 Wide Grip Lat Pull Down
3 x 10-12 Narrow underhand Pull Down
3 x 20 Bicep Curls
Supersetted with 3 x 15 Shoulder plate Raises
3 x 10-12 Incline Dumbbell Chest Press
Supersetted with 3 x 20 Dumbbell Shoulder Raises
3 x 10-12 Cable Triceps extension.
