    Sign up for a complimentary 1 on 1 boxing fitness session at my Georgetown fitness studio.

    My newest program FIGHTSHAPE boxing fitness is a cardio strength program designed to get you lean as well as develop your fitness.

    I use boxing principles and techniques to design workouts that are like nothing you have seen in Washington DC.

    We will start with a light warm-up. Then using boxing gloves, punching bags, mitts, jumpropes, and other boxing equipment we will do a 20-30 minute circuit. We them finish with the daily ab routine and a final stretch.
