Take a sneak peek into an awesome & fun Hip-Hop class for kids, ages 5 to 9, at the Joffrey Ballet School NYC, with Hip-Hop teacher, Ephrat « Bounce » Asherie! This class has been designed to introduce your children to the foundational technique of hip hop dance, with a great emphasis on rhythm and listening skills.

Your children will learn basic isolations, groove steps and foundational floor movements from the style of breaking (break dancing). This class also includes a warm up that teaches the importance of stretching and alignment in any form of dance. Dancing to a variety of music from James Brown to Kid the Wiz, your children are sure to have a great time while learning the fundamentals of hip hop dance.

Summer of Hip Hop Dance Intensives Details:
